Just wanted to add one photo of the Winter Wonderland in Pennsylvania (and all over the Northeast) that I missed putting on my blog.
The camera lens doesn’t quite capture the sparkling beauty of the landscape, but it gives those in warmer climates at least an idea of how glittery an ice-covered world can be.
This was taken in the morning after the sun had come up and started the melting process. (Although there is still some ice left three days later). Also, as you might be able to tell, it left the woods a tangle of broken limbs and fallen trees.
Since I have an outdoor wood furnace that heats both house and hot water – that is not a bad thing.
Hi Jessica. Thanks so much for stopping by our Victorian blog yesterday. I just had to browse around and learn more about Shades of Gray. It’s definitely on my must-buy list! (as soon as after-holiday finances will allow, LOL).
You lucky, lucky lady to live in Gettysburg and be surrounded by all that history!
Congratulations on all the wonderful reviews! I’ll be sure to stop back and visit again!
