Well, in my last post I said time was flying and now here it is, the end of August, with Labor Day right around the corner.
I did manage to make it down to Virginia this summer for the Yard Crawl on Rt. 11 through the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a bargain! What could be better than 43 miles of sales!
Of course, I bought things I didn’t even know I needed… like a 1930s lantern and an antique bird bath, among others. But that’s part of the fun!
I’m in the process of lining up book signings for the fall and will keep you posted as they become finalized. One I’m sure of is the Waterford Homes Tour and Craft Exhibit on Oct. 3 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. This Fair has been taken place since 1843and I am really looking forward to it!
Hope everyone enjoys these last few weeks of summer!
